I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it can be to have a safe and supportive space to work through emotions (both the positive ones and the uncomfortable ones)
I WANT THAT FOR YOU, TOO
I approach our therapy from a relational and attachment based perspective, meaning that I work with you to understand how your relationships (including the one with yourself) may be impacting your current mental health. I believe in the power of empathy, compassion, and vulnerability- and I look forward to working with you to see that for yourself.

"I believe in the power of empathy, compassion, and vulnerability—and I look forward to working with you to see that for yourself."
Pulling from different aspects of my training and experience, I utilize an individualized and integrative approach to our work to make sure that the therapy is meeting your needs.
HI! I'M LEAH AND I'M GLAD YOU FOUND YOUR WAY HERE
I was born and raised in Los Angeles, and I’ve always been passionate about mental health. After earning my master’s degree, I intentionally sought out opportunities to work in different settings so that I could not only learn about working with all kinds of individuals, but also learn from a variety of mentors. My journey has shaped my approach to therapy, and I’m looking forward to hearing about your story and exploring how therapy can support you.
