I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it can be to have a safe and supportive space to work through emotions (both the positive ones and the uncomfortable ones), and I want that for you too. I approach our therapy from a relational and attachment based perspective, meaning that I work with you to understand how your relationships (including the one with yourself) may be impacting your current mental health. I believe in the power of empathy, compassion, and vulnerability- and I look forward to working with you to see that for yourself.

I graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, have a certification in addiction counseling from UCLA, and obtained my Master’s in Social Work from USC. I have experience working in school, outpatient, and private practice settings. I’ve been trained in a variety of modalities- including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Motivational Interviewing; among many others.

Pulling from different aspects of my training and experience, I utilize an individualized and integrative approach to our work to make sure that the therapy is meeting your needs.

If you have any further questions or would like to schedule a consult to discuss whether we may be a good fit to work together, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
