Let's start your journey to clarity and healing

FIND OUT HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER TO SUPPORT YOUR WELLBEING

Beginning therapy is a powerful step toward personal growth, and I’m here to guide you through it. From our initial consult to ongoing sessions, my goal is to provide you with a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. Whether you're new to therapy or returning for more support, we'll collaborate to ensure the process is tailored to your needs and focused on the goals you want to achieve.

How to Get Started

I'M SO GLAD THAT YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THERAPY

Choosing a therapist can feel daunting, so I provide a complimentary 15 minute phone consult to determine whether we'd be a good fit to work together. Please contact me via phone or email, or reach out here to schedule a consult.

After we determine that we're a good fit to work together, we'll meet for an intake session. The intake session is a chance to learn more about what's bringing you to therapy and to determine goals for our work together.

Following the intake, we will begin meeting for individual therapy sessions. Those sessions typically occur weekly, and last 50 minutes. We'll work through any uncomfortable feelings, and help you develop some insight into why things might be the way that they are.

Location

I see clients at my office in West LA, as well as virtually throughout California using a HIPAA secure platform.

Insurance Info

While I don't accept insurance, I am able to provide you with a superbill that you can submit for reimbursement. I also have limited spots available for sliding scale clients. To find out more about your out-of-network benefits, you should call your insurance provider at the number for member services listed on the back of your card in order to find out the following information:

1)  What are the benefits for mental health services and what percent do you reimburse for an Out-of-Network provider?

2)  How much is the deductible that needs to be met before the benefits are able to be used?

3)  What is the allowed amount for CPT code 90834 (therapy)?

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
